About Seamless

Seamless is an international movement education and community project based in Bali.

Over the last three years, we have been building a growing international community through Contact Improvisation, movement research, artistic collaboration, workshops, intensives, festivals, retreats, and educational programs.

Participants travel from Europe, Australia, the United States, Asia, and many other countries to join our events. Today, approximately 70% of participants are international visitors.

Our programs bring together dancers, educators, performers, choreographers, and interdisciplinary artists, creating opportunities for learning, artistic exchange, professional development, and community building.

Founded by Roma and Nastya, movement educators and performers with more than 15 years of teaching and performance experience.

🌍 Community

Our community hosts workshops, intensives, performances, lectures, artist residencies, and educational programs throughout the year. We collaborate with renowned teachers, choreographers, performers, and interdisciplinary artists from around the world, creating opportunities for learning, artistic exchange, and cultural dialogue.

Programs include contemporary dance, contact improvisation, performance art, somatic practices, movement research, and online educational intensives led by internationally recognized artists and educators.

Seamless is built on years of work within the international movement and dance community. The project is founded and led by Roma and Nastya, movement educators and performers. Together, the founders maintain social media communities with a combined audience of more than 30,000 followers.
