I've been teaching Contact Improvisation for 15 years. Before that, I was a psychologist and educator — so movement and teaching have always been connected for me.

For the last 3 years, we've been building an international community in Bali. People from Europe, Australia, the US, and beyond come specifically for our jams, workshops, and intensives.

70% of our participants are international. Our month-long Seamless Intensive has produced teachers who now lead their own CI classes and travel to festivals worldwide — in Europe, Australia, across Asia.

Contact Improvisation can feel mysterious from the outside. People move, connect, fall, lift, pause — and somehow know what to do. This course gives you the map behind what you see.

Is this for complete beginners? +
Yes. The course starts from zero — arriving in the space, floor movement, basics of supports. No dance or movement background needed.
Do I need a partner to take the CI course? +
No. You can work through the entire course alone. The partnering concepts are taught clearly enough that you can apply them whenever you find someone to practice with — at a jam, with a friend, or at a workshop.
How long do I have access? +
The course ($29) is a one-time purchase — access forever. The subscription (€15/mo) gives access while active. Cancel anytime.
Should I start with Floorwork or CI Beginners? +
If the idea of physical contact with a partner feels unfamiliar, start with Floorwork — it builds body confidence on your own first. If you're specifically drawn to CI and partnering, jump straight to CI Beginners. Both work as standalone starting points.
What's the difference between the course and the membership? +
The course ($29) is one focused product — 10 lessons, forever access. The membership (€15/mo) includes everything: both courses plus workshop recordings, seminar materials, and new content we add regularly. More content, slightly less curated. Better value if you plan to keep practicing.
What if I want to teach CI after this? +

Do you offer certificates? +
No. CI is an open-source movement — there are no certificates, and that's by philosophy. What you get is practice and a path to keep growing.
